In the book Tarot Cards of Modern Goddesses, Cecilia Lattari seeks parallels between the lives of modern women who possess similar qualities to the goddesses depicted on the cards. She thus provides the reader with a modern interpretation of the immortal tarot card readings.

Furthermore, each Major Arcana card includes several questions that need to be answered. The Major Arcana is followed by the Minor Arcana, where the reader encounters further interpretations of classical motifs, which Cecilia Lattari again stylizes into the feminine gender.
